I have decided that it would be better to not do my daily work out on the elyptical machine (30 min) daily. Is this what you think I should do? I am thinking that it would be better for me to work out on the reclining bike for 30 min instead. What do you think? My heel hurts alot and I have had plantar fasciitis before. I am doing the proper exercises and ice and taking aleve daily. Thank you. Dianne

One can go into a lot of detail but to make things simple -- an activity that does not make your heel hurt worse the next day is one that is usually okay to do. What are you doing for your plantar fasciitis? A list of treatments is to be found in Scott's Heel Pain Book on this site.
