I hope people have read Ann M's post about walking on your heels because I'd like to know others' opinions of this suggestion. Anybody else have any experience or knowledge about this idea?

I am in my third week of physical therapy for chronic PF, and that exercise was added to my program today. For a total of three minutes I alternated walking 30 seconds on my toes, then 30 seconds on my heels, etc. I was wearing my running shoes while doing it. Sounds strange, but it is another way to strengthen the intrinsic muscles of the foot.
