BROMELAIN 500 MG (6,000 GDU or 9,000 MCU daily)

I wonder if I take bromelain of the above dosage as opposed to Naproxen 500mg would be a wise and sensible thing to do in the case of PF? Already underwent ESWT last May and orthotics will be ready this Saturday.

Talking to the lady at the health store, she advised to do extensive research with the help of someone who's pharmacist or understand chemistry?!

This is more of a physiology than a chemistry question. We don't know exactly how much your body will absorb of the bromelain and how much will have an effect on the tissue. There needs to be more solid information out there. For now, unfortunately, you may need to do some 'experimenting' on yourself with the doses mentioned. One limiting factor may be some stomach upset and with higher doses which can limit the dose. Sorry that insufficient information exists on this.
