I saw the doctor yesterdayPosted by Kristie on 9/02/04 at 08:30 (159147)
I saw the doctor yesterday. She told me not to worry probably just over use. I was just having to much fun using my new foot. She told me to have limited activity for two weeks. I'm going to try and use my crutches in the morning for a while. She also put me on a different anti-inflammatory, Bextra.
Has this every happened to anyone after PF realease suregery? What did you do to feel better?
It was great seeing the doctor and she put my mind at ease. I just hope this works. This pain is a lot different. I guess because of the surgery and the swelling. Thanks for you advice and I'll keep you posted. Hope your all feeling good today.

It looks like we are going to always be careful. Wish I knew for sure tho what started this thing with my feet. Maybe going barefoot too much on hard floors when I stayed with my mother helping her a year and a half ago. I do know a warning to me that I overdid it is a throbbing in my left post-PF surgery foot. The other foot with the bunionectomy just gets painful. Worse than the PF foot! I just put my feet up and be more careful now what I do. 3 mos. is not that much according to this board. Wish my Dr. felt that way.
