What is usually better - hard orthodics made by a Ped. or soft orthodics I just had made by a chiro.? I am wearning both, not sure if that is good or bad?

It depends on the therapeutic goal of the devices. If the goal is to compensate for a postural problem, the chiropractic orthotics may work as that is their goal. If you are using orthotics to treat, more specifically, a foot or ankle problem the orthotics made by a C. Ped or podiatrist will probably be more advantageous.
