Hi everyone: Saw part of a tv series on stretches done while sitting down. I think, but not sure, it's at http://www.sitandbefit.com . Will go back and double check if anyone interested. Program illustrated good calf, achilles, hamstring and foot rotation exercises while sitting. Can post what I recall if anyone wants me to.
Also, am going to community activity center that has exercise machines. Starting with the lowest weights and more reps, all foot and leg exercises are done sitting down. Machines are simple and many different sized and shaped folks use them. Good for upper body also.
