I dispense this product in the office alot. Very good substitute for taping.

after reading what it says, can you wear it in lieu of an orthotic and/or in your sneakers when exercising?

John do you know if you can wear this while 'attempting' to run/walk or do exercise?

Good luck. Another item to try is flexible coban tape. You can pick it up at the drug store. Easy to use and easy to replace daily. It can be expensive over time

Hi Elyse: I wear this with orthotics while exercising or doing a lot of walking. I think some try this alone before they buy orthotics, but don't know. Sincerely, Buck T.

I just had PF surgery last week - I guess I'm worried about when i can actually start walking and if I'll need to tape it and this looked idea since it doesn't look like it takes much work to put on (I have a fat stomach! LOL). Do you think this would be good for that? Also, I read something about the Powerstep insert and i was wondering about that also.
