severs diseasePosted by Linda O on 11/08/04 at 13:06 (163244)
As a child I had severs disease I am 48 now I have been told I have PF but I can't find any info on long term and addtional problems that I believe are from my feet. I read that Osgood Schlaters disease may develop.
This pain runs up the calf in to the knee and affects my hips and lower back. It appears that 1 DR. may not be all I need.If anyone has a type of Dr that may address all these symtoms please let me know. Is there a link from severs to what Im going through now PF &?

Probably not a direct link. We do see more Severs disease in children who are overpronated (feet roll in) and that action of your foot is a predisposing factor to plantar fasciitis too.
