I am currently treating a client for heel speers by using yoga and reflexology. During reflexology which we do first before we do yoga, the client experiences muscle spasms in the foot which last for 10-20 seconds. The points of trigger are along the outer arch of the foot my up to the ball of the big toe. When treatment is done 2-3 times a week, the spasms don't occure as often when there is a lasp of treatment by 5-10 days. Can you explain what is happening and why?
