WELL JUST IN TIME FOR HOLIDAYS I SUSTAINED MY SECOND JONES FRACTURE TO MY FOOT!!
DR HAS ME IN A FIBERGLASS CAST TOES-KNEE.. NON WEIGHT BEARING FOR 12 WEEKS.
IM HOPING THIS TIME I CAN GET INSURANCE TO GET THE BONE STIMULATOR NOW INSTEAD OF AFTER 12 WEEKS NON UNION!
SO HEREI AM SPORTING A RED CAST FOR XMASS!

That is another very good option but it has such risks as infection, failture. It isn't a ' fix it once and for all ' but it is an option

I agree but that area doesnt heal very well and since he has had one in the past what would the cause be and how possible to happen again?

It does sound like a screw fixation with possible bone graphing may have to be done. Very hard to make a call without seeing the x-ray's or examining the foot
