Is it common when you have a heel spur for your hip joint, knee and ankle to ache?

I am not a doctor, but it is not uncommon. This can stem from standing on the outside of your foot with your ankles rolled out. One day when I was standing waiting for the elevator, I noticed that I did not stand the way I used to. It can also stem (the knees) from muscle atrophy. About two years into my PF, I started having knee pain. My doctor noticed that my resting regiment had led to atrophy and weakness of the muscles in my legs (quadriceps). With the help of PT and some exercises, I was able to get rid of the problem in my knees.
Pay attention to the way you stand and see if that might be part of the problem.

this may be due to compensation
