Pronation / Spring Control ( PSC )Posted by Plantar Fasciitis on 1/24/05 at 18:09 (167853)
Has anyone tried this PSC thing for Plantar Fasciitis, found lots of sites selling it and looks like it could work for me. Wanted to see if anyone had tried it before buying one.
The PSC is a totally new concept for treating planter fasciitis, chronic heel pain, excessive pronation, heel spur syndrome, and Shin Splints.

To me, that just looks like the same ankle band they sell at Walmarts for about $6.00. It is comfortable for awhile, but for me it's like a hat, I can't stand wearing it for very long. I hope it works if you decide to buy it.

Haven't tried it, but it looks like the same principle as taping but without the tape...maybe??

I bought it and it is useless. It does nothing to control and gets stuck in your sox.

I agree that it does get stuck in your socks. Use a nylon knee high to cover the PSC. Is there a money back return with this product? Not sure

not that I know of. It really did nothing to control pronation and I think it is truly a waste of money.

It can be helpful but getting to stay in place is a bit tricky.

I am an idiot and like Mikie I try anything. Yes I have tried it. The edges rolled up on the bottom and was uncomfotable after wearing it for one day. If I have not thrown it into the deep six I will be glad to mail it to anyone.

I use it occasionally. It's a quick way of taping for me, but it does roll up. I also use something similiar called arch aide. It's made from same material but only wraps around arch. Bought it at running - shoe store.
Sincerely, Buck T.
