Just moved to Florida from NH 7 weeks ago. Finding it an interesting challenge to get used to tile floors. I am also about the only one in my neighborhood who wears sneakers instead of sandals. They say I look like a tourist...but I don't care. Want my PF kept under control. So, New Balance all the way to the pool!!!

Thanks Marie. My cousin lives there and I've been there a few times. I'm passing through soon for a few days, and I was curious about any heelspurs folks that might live there.
I was there once in the fall...it was so beautiful. I've also been there in the spring and very early summer (mid May). I'm hoping to get back there again this October.

VERY warm down here for this time of year. The most beautiful beach I have been to is Hollywood Beach---it has a beautiful boardwalk, shady areas, and nice white sand. Enjoy!

Hello from Weeki Wachee.Fla. I have posted from time to time, mostly on the tts board. I feel like I know all of you frequent posters,as I have been reading the boards for 2 years. It has been a beautiful Easter here, flowers blooming and palms blowing in the breeze. I grew up in Michigan and spent 3 years also in Indiana, so I really appreciate this weather.
Happy Easter Everyone.

Ok now we're jealous! Still cold here but the tulips and daffedils have broken ground.

Happy Easter to you Geri! I grew up in Michigan also (Grand Rapids) and moved to California when I was 22.
It was a truly beautiful Easter here also. We had some friends in for brunch - which we were able to serve outside. We then went off to Easter dinner at my sister-in-law's.
For California, we've had a very long, cold and wet winter, and, spoiled as we are, we are ready for it to be over with! Alas - more rain is due this week.
However, today was one of those days, bright, blue and warm, that makes one really appreciate life and Mother Nature.
