WOW - did Step Aerobics Wednesday, did Kickboxing last night,
my heart, lungs, muscles feel great - but my feet hurt.
Guess it is all relative. No matter what they hurt - so why
not just live it up and use ice and take Aleve.

How are you able to do all that.I can barely walk. So what is wrong with your feet.Even before I was injured If I did all that my normal feet would have hurt .You must be a strong person.

Oh dear, Jado. Why not live it up and use ice etc? Because whenever you make your feet hurt with impact exercise you're re-injuring them, and the injured tissues are unlikely to heal if you keep re-injuring them. You teach body movement - I know you could find other ways of getting heart, lungs, and muscles to feel great.
Swimming would be my choice.
Still, whatever turns you on, I suppose. :)
