During the snowboarding season I started to have 'tightness' in my heel/arch. During boarding, running, softball, or any activity where I am moving the pain isn't there. After I stop or have been sitting for a while I end up with a huge limp and sharp pain in my left foot. The pain seems to be coming from my heel/arch. After about two-three minutes of walking the 'tightness' goes away and I don't even think about it. In the mornings I've almost fallen over because the pain is so severe. Do you have any thoughts as to what the problem might be?
