Thickness measurements of heel pad under calcaneus

I am doing anthropometric statistical analyses of foot bone contributions to body height (Stature). Are there articles or a book source that would include statistical data on the dimensions of the thickness of the flesh below the calcaneus bone? It is a tiny part of the height of the total body, but an interesting contribution to the total from several viewpoints. I do not expect a lot of data on different populations, but it would be nice to get some 'representative' values to start with, and to be able to relate them to other body landmarks such as the standing height of the top of the talus bone, the lateral malleolus and the medial malleolus.
