Hi, Some of you might remember that I coach field hockey. I've been thinking of supplementing the typical warmup, and static stretching with dynamic stretching, but I've gotten conflicting advice. Anyone in the know have an opinion about this for HS athletes? Thanks, Tina

I guess static is gentle and dynamic is vigorous. So, I'd go for the gentle, or static.
But if I were a field hockey player, I think I would REST it until it was healed.
