Vitamins, Steroids, ECA stack, and Plantar Fasciitis

The numbers in the paragraph below are approximately the recommendations of Linus Pauling, a 2-time nobel prize winner. These doses are absolutely safe.

For carpal tunnel, tarsal tunnel, arthritis, and plantar fasciitis, take 200 mg a day of B6, 500 mg of B3 (niacin), 4,000 mg of Vitamin C, and 800 IU of Vitamin E. Spread the doses out over the course of a day to keep the blood concentration levels high. If you know that you do not have arthritis or tarsal tunnel, then only vitamin C is needed. Vitamin C may cause upset stomach and gas. B3 that is not the time-released nicotinic acid or the nicotinamide form can cause skin flushing and tingling. B-100 complex twice a day can get the B3 and B6 that is needed. It may take a month or two before benefits can be seen.

Vitamin C is very important for scar tissue to heal back strong. 10,000 mg per day should be taken before, during, and after surgery, if it does not cause diarrhea. B6 shrinks synovial membranes. Walmart is a good and inexpensive source for vitamins.

Weight-lifters use a combination of ephedrine, caffeine, and aspirin, to burn off fat. This is called the ECA stack.

Visitors to this site have recommended chondroitin sulfate and glucosamine sulfate, but they are expensive and I haven't been able to find a good article that supports their use for anything other than osteoarthritis.
