PF or TT: My Foot feels like its ripping apart!!!!!!

I have had this ripping, burning pain in the arch of my foot for about a year. I went to the a foot specialist. He only spent 10 minutes with me and said I have PF. But I've been looking at all this info and everyone with PF is describing heal pain, soreness after rest, and pain to touch. People with TT are describing ankle and bone pain.
I have the buning, ripping pain while walking, it goes away after resting. No pain to the touch. I'm so confused. I can't not go walking anymore. I'm 21 and haven't been to the mall with my friends for so long because I can't keep up!!!!!
Anyone With Advise?????
