Thanks for responding Melissa. It's good to hear some good news(yours-about your surgery)about this condition..there seems to be a bit of doom and gloom out there. From your other message I gather you are a teacher...so am I and hope to be feeling better way before school starts. Dr. said rest,naproxen, heel lifts and icing should do trick- otherwise need some testing to see if I did rupture PF.
