I am also 37 with two small children..have only suffered for 6 weeks but supposedly did some real damage about a week ago...tore the PF??? Anyway...rest,naproxen,icing,etc ..also Dynastep insert (Dr. Scholl) has allowed me to hobble about,can't do without shoes at all..used to be the bare foot queen. This site is a wealth of information and things others have used that have helped.We are not alone...hang in there.
