Alternate ambulatory tasks with sitting-on-yer-butt tasks! Dont over load your feet too much in one time-- if youcan start to feel pain, get off them! The goal is to get swelling down so they can heal, and that only happens when youdont stress them too much.

Use ice breaks during day too, like at lunch break.. it may lookwierd, but it works. I use a blue-ice that I lump into a oval-hump shape, toss on ground, and put feet on while I eat. This helps me at work, may help at school too.

If its just one foot with it, maybe try crutches to leave pressure off of it?
