You might want to check out an article in the July/August issue of Skeptical Inquirer (The Magazine for Science and Reason) on why Magnet Therapy doesn't work and how it is a big waste of money. One thing about being in a lot of pain...one will try almost anything for relief and there are many charlatans out there willing to take advantage of your pain to make their wallets thicker!
