If you fell and hit hard it may have knocked your whole muscle-skeleton out of whack. This can csuse pain from the neck down to the feet. Have you considered going to a chiropractor? They are also good at adjusting feet as well as you backr, ankles etc. that might be out of alignment. Much cheaper than a doctor.
