heel spurs, bunions, and arthritis What else can go wrong!

I've had heel spurs for 4 years. I did the stretches, shots, orthodics, anti-inflamatory medications, and finally on 1 foot I had the surgery that splits the tendon around the spur. I am still constantly in pain in both feet. I wear mostly Reebok or Easy Spirit shoes. If anyone has any other suggestions, please let me know. I've seen 2 orthopedic doctors, 1 podiatrist and 1 arthritis specialist not counting my family doctors. I'm at wits end and school is about to start again. (I teach)
