Scott,
That combination of ephedrine and caffeine must have those weight lifters buzzing all day, LOL. I personally would not try the ephedrine because I think our bodies produce this in enough amounts already and it affects your heart rate (speeds it up), to dangerous for me. I have been on the steroids twice so far and I must say they help alot iwith the pain but made my face swell up which is one of the side effects of the steroids but I wasn't going out anywhere except to the Dr.'s because of the foot pain, so it was worth the swollen face.
