Now that I think about it, I realize that my feet are directly affected by fluid retention but not just when I'm Pre-menstrual. In this hot, humid summer weather my feet feel terrible.Most days they are hot,swollen ,itchy and even more painful than my normal days when I try to manage the heel and arch pain from my PF. Surgery is not the solution either as I've been that route with NO improvement. Has anyone tried diueretics or any other method of getting rid of their fluid? I think there may be other reasons for our pain than just the standard PF diagnosis we get from the so-called experts in this field. Perhaps surgery is not always indicated and doctors should examine the patient's symptoms more thoroughly before reccomending something
as drastic as this.
