Cut back on use of night split if it causes further pain.

You were right, Diane. I ended up calling my podiatrist today to see what I should do about this pain caused by the night splint. I was in so much pain by the time I started teaching my third class of the day that I was ready to sit down the rest of the day (and probably should have). The podiatrist told me to just wear the night splint while I'm sitting in the evening or or watching television. I'm not supposed to sleep in it anymore.
