Tarsal Tunnel (update)

I was diagnosed with tarsal tunnel syndrome earlier this year. I spent 8 weeks in a walking cast along with cortizone shots. I have been out of the cast for about 4 weeks and the pain has started all over again. I am now going to be referred to a neurologist because I do not want surgery or wear the cast again. If anyone has gone through this procedure please email me I would like to know whats in the future for me.
