I have had PF for about 20 years..this web site was amaizing...i am now seeing a specialist and doing all the things mentioned here..no relief yet...I have no real pain in the morning..never have, its only after standing or walking for some time that it starts to really get me...forget the mall, 30 minutes and I'm in tears...I stand doing my job. but I at times just pull up a chair or stool and sit..I just don't have a choice. I find that I am alway tired..the pain just wipes out my energy level..I just have lost interest in anything physical...I have just accepted that I am not yet normal agaon..it is depressing..at times I just give up...but I ned to work, live, so I go on...
