Just wanted to say thanks for the tips and I also wanted to say that since I started wearing the Birks two weeks ago I am finally feeling some improvement. I actually walked around a huge theme park for most of one day wearing my runners with Birk inserts and my Arizonas and with doing my stretches and taking my vitamins I was able to get out of bed the next day with hardly a twinge. I feel much better emotionally too. I intend not to overdo though but just wanted to share this good news with all you kind folks. If we keep encouraging each other and sharing ideas maybe more people will find some relief.
