I just wanted to recommend these ones. They seems to "mold" to your foot in all the right areas that you need and they fit full length in your shoes (so you should take out the bottom). They're also not very expensive (only about $27 or so) and they've lasted me for several months now. I'm getting a second pair for my new Rockports that I just bought. For right now I'm trading the one pair between all my shoes.
