The kind of machine I bought was called the Footsoother and the address is in the heading. It is the FTS-500 model and I am VERY HAPPY with it. As I stated below I paid about $200, but I do recommend it for all of us with pf. I have it place underneath my bed plugged in so whenever I need it, I just pull it out and use it.
