Mephistos! Expensive. Try Nordstrom Rack if you have an outlet mall nearby.
I had pretty good luck with these Nine West shoes with rubber on the bottom. The line is called "Cloud Nine" and they're a perfect size heel to keep the foot not too arched and have puffy rubber on the bottom.
