Wode, I work in Criminal Justice and I am on my feet also for 10 years in the field.
I am going through some of the same things you are dealing with the 9-12 hours standing on concrete. It is so very miserable. It is really doing a job on me mentally, too.
I am a single mom and I just can't loose my job. It is not an option, but I am at witts end not being able to find relief without surgery.
