just like you guys say, the morning is the worst!
so, how often do i ice?
are any of these medications otc?
what kind of stretching excercises?
do i stretch the bottom of my foot or what part?
i'm 31 and have put on a bit of weight the past years.......
and i do believe that this is the kick in the pants encouraging me to fix that problem!
has anyone noticed that a weight reduction has improved the condition?
i would like to try any noninvasive methods......
so i'll take any and all good advise......
i have yet to see a doctor.....
