Probably not negligent

Hi,
unfortunately, your podiatrist sounds like every podiatrist I've ever been to. If he is negligent then so are most of them. My PT is the only one who told me about icing, taping, ultrasound, stretching and massage...none of which worked anyway. I think that for the most part podiatrists know that not much helps PF and that it sometimes seems to clear up on its own. They see hundreds of new cases each year and just prescribe orthodics and cortizone automatically. Both of these methods made my feet worse. Best of luck. R.
