I also were orthotics and I am having a horrible time finding dress shoes that accomodate them. I have a 1/2 inch leg discrepency so it makes it even worse. I have found that just wearing good arch supports in some dress shoes (only flats) seem to be OK. I am still searching for a good dress shoe so I will let you know what brand when I find it!
