Try stretching your heel cord (calf muscles) like crazy, getting a golf ball and rolling your foot over it 1 or 2 times daily, taking ibuprofen when it hurts, using ice when it feels inflamed, massaging the area that hurts, and doing various stretching exercises with your foot!!!!
