orthopedic clinic in Cleveland area

Hi all--is anyone familiar with an orthopedic clinic in the Cleveland, Ohio area? I remember hearing of an excellent one there but can't recall the name. I believe it's a teaching facility related to a university. Additionally, can anyone recommend a good ortho surgeon anywhere in the Midwest? I'm in SE Mich, need surgery, and will travel--Thanks
