I have found I can only wear the dansko for short periods of time without causing heel pain. They feel great on the feet, but if I wear them for more than an hour even just puttering around the house I can feel increased tightness up the back of my legs and bottom of my feet and
then the pain in the inside of my heel starts. My best bet so far has been my dmx reebocks with my custom made orthotics and stretching twice a day. I still cannot find a shoe to wear that is comfortable with the orthotic in them either. Extremely frustrating and depressing.
