Hi Chrissy,
thanks for the info on your ankle pain. It is interesting because I also use the soft spenco inserts and didn't have this particular ankle/achilles pain until switching to them. It may just be that they raise the heel (which is good for the facsia) but therefore shorten the achilles and calf. Rhonda
