I just got my second cortisone shot

I was in excruciating pain. Wanted quick relief, podiatrist gave me a shot and wrapped my foot. Took off the bandage after 4 days and almost immediately felt sharp pains when I walked. I am starting PT and hope that will help the situation. My custom orthodics don't fit right. I wear Nike sneakers, designed for over-pronation, they give me the best relief. I also have the Spenco hard flex molds, they help some. I used to walk 3 miles a day and have had to stop that due to this problem. I would love to be able to walk 3 miles again soon.
