Dear Janet,
thank you for being so honest and having the nerve to write on the message board your feelings of suicide. I have had very similar thoughts and quite often feel that if my trip to Arizona doesn't help my pain a lot that that would be my next step. But I do have the rare day when the pain lessens substantially and it is in those moments when I feel there is hope for healing in time. I hope that whenever you have any suicidal thoughts you will share them on the board and we can all discuss alternative or offer support and understanding. Take care. Rhonda
