bottom of foot hurts

can anyone explaine why the bottom of my foot hurts from heel to middle of foot when i put no pressure and im resting or eating lunch or of it for a while . but when i get up the pain is unbearableits very hard to walk it takes about 10 minutes of walking before the pain is bearable.
can anyone help i've been a landscaper for the last 20 yrs and need my feet to support my family. the pain almost makes me want to cry there are times i need a cane or i use my lawnmower to support me
