I haven't heard or seen plastic inflatable shoes, but you might try talking to a pedorthist - look in yellow pages under shoes, and see if there is a shop that advertises a pedorthist (this is just a person trained in therapeutic shoes) - maybe a pedorthist could make something for you. Your symptoms are similar to mine, in that my feet hurt less walking than standing (standing is really painful, if I could just keep moving I'd be better), and I haven't ever had the morning pain. Feet feel better in am, get worse as day drags on. I have a pair of Teva-type rubber sandals, I use in the shower, and my feet feel pretty good in them - can stand longer than any other shoes. You might try looking for a pair of these that are comfy to you. Good luck.
