I have had some relief using cushi-heel which is a thick foam heelpad available by mail. I just awoke from a sound sleep with intense pain from a 3 block walk this evening. Icing does help. Also steroid injections helped a friend of mine but I do not recommend them due to side effects. I am taking glucosamine & chondroitin for osteoarthritis of the knee. Does anyone know if this hurts the heel spur condition?
