I have TTS also. Have received one cortizone injection which helped some. Also custom orthotics. I am currently working with a physical therapist, who is helping me correct the way I walk, which includes strengthening the feet and ankle muscles, as well as muscles in the hips and legs. This seems to be helping too, as I think part of my problem is related to over-pronation. The B-6 did not seem to do much, but I have been taking anyway, just in case!! I am also receiving iontophoresis -- a mild electrical charge is used to help drive an anti-inflammatory medicine into the tissues around the location of the nerve. I am getting this treatment because I cannot take anti-inflammatories, due to stomach problems. I have only had two treatments so far -- can't determine yet how successful it is.
