Explaning new board

This new board uses Miva's htmlscript technology which is basically a cgi program that allows me to write html-like code that can perform cgi functions without me having to know cgi. It makes designing inteactive web pages easier for those like me who do not know cgi very well. This new board solves the bandwidth problem by breaking up the message board into pieces. I was not able to find cgi code to do this, so I had to learn Miva. A new site and host account should not be needed unless the rest of the site grows unabated. I now have a Birkenstock retailer on the other pages paying for their links so that my out-of-pocket expenses are being met. We may have to return to delphi in the future.
