I am in such pain that it is almost indescribeable. I am not a "crier", but there are really times that the pain is so disableing and so intense that I have actually found myself in tears over it. I had these a few years ago and thought that they were gone only to find in horror that they were back and with a vengence!!! Much worse than before. I have tried orthotics, a brace made at a small fortune by an orthopedic surgeon, and almost literal handfulls of advil to insure my ability to get out of the bed in the mornings. I am a housekeeper and regularly clean homes that take a full 8 hours, no breaks at all, I am very close to going in for cortizone shots, have considered surgery,(but can't afford the time off), and just don't seem to come up with anything really effective. The idea of massage and accupuncture sound good, but where do you find someone to do the accupuncture??? A naturopath?? I am very unfamiliar with alternative medicine but Lord am I tired of this. I feel like my family thinks that I exagerate the pain I feel but I garuntee you that it is all I can express and so much more. Any info. about the type of massage that is the most effective and where you would go to get that type of treatment would be very welcome as well as the other. I live in the Northern most part of Western Washington State. Thanks so much
